Bear's Medicine:
Healing, communication with Spirit,
wisdom, change, death and rebirth,
transformation, visions, and dreams

Bears hibernate in the winter, which
explains their association with
"dreaming the Great Spirit". The
symbolism of the Bear's cave is the
returning to the womb of Mother Earth.

People with Bear Medicine are considered
by many as self-sufficient and independant.
They are often looked upon as dreamers. Many
have developed the skill of visualization,
but as a result, get caught up in the dream,
making little progress in waking reality.
